Maxing is not required, but for raiding it is quite relevant to have the profession specific abilities (like ring enchants, shoulder inscriptions, embroidery etc), so certainly level to that point.

Since MoP is coming out you might as well max em now to spare the trouble later.

You can see the username is black and unclickable, which means he posted as a guest without being logged in. As such it is quite possible he has no account yet. I do know he has gotten the mail since I helped him get over the insurmountable barrier that was the spambot question.

Forum acted up for me even after you posted this, with slow loading times, and timeouts. It seems a lot better now though.
