We've never been all that hard on spelling/grammar on the front page TBH. Most of the community to not have English as a first language, so a few little mistakes here and there are fine so long as the whole thing reads fairly well.

All of FJ's tasks can be completed collectively. While that may be true, and I'm very much in favor of administration of the community being a collaborative task, I think we do need a leader. A leader doesn't need to do all the things that need doing, but he/she does need to make sure they get done...

From a purely sociological point of view, 150 people is allegedly about the largest number that can exist in any community where most members know most other members, beyond that and fragmentation into unconnected sub-groups is pretty much automatic.
