And it takes like 5 sec max to log in again but still..why dont it want to work some times?

for me it's almost always the same, when i click the little blue E i get to this wonderfull page and i'm already logged in. Though however every once in a while when i open up to many internet pages I sometimes don't auto log in. But that's only a minor thingie, nothing to worrie about.
Just because you are paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
It usually throws me out if I hit this site while I'm at school, but not at home. No biggie though, my PW is short and sucky.....

Automatic login is managed by a cookie.
Cookies are stored on the PC you're using at the time they're stored so if you login at home and set autologin, then login at school... the school PC has no idea. Setting autologin on public PCs (like school, work) is generally a bad idea anyway as other folks can use them.
Cookie storage is indexed by the domain name of the site from which the cookie originates so its impossible that logging into a PHPBB board on blahblah.com would effect your logins on yaddayadda.com.
