No offense but you should read the sticky before writing an application, creating a CT-Profile ( http://ctprofiles.net ) is also good. But the answer i think you're gonna get anyway is probably no. We have many active rogues atm, dunno if you can join because you know andoor but i doubt it since we have so many rogues atm.
