Previous guilds: Crimson Blades is the only serious guild i've been a part of.
I left for a few reasons, but the main one being we were pretty much relying on one person to be able to perform well at all in raids. Whenever he was away, working or whateverelse, we couldnt raid well because no one else really knew how to do things, or at least that's how it seemed. Since it was like that many of our raids never did start and some of them finished early. I didn't like to rely on one person, so I left.
Ok, that was some facts about my experience, my gear and who I am.
What I am looking for in NO are new friends and a raiding guild, i also know a few people there like Jayus, a very good friend of mine, and I believe that you can raid even if one important person isn't there
