Phase change - a system of cooling whereby the cooling medium is a liquid that has a boiling point of somewhere around -80c. This is driven by a compressor to and fed through a heat exchanger.
Basically, it means cpu temps are between -50c and -30c, meaning some great overclocks!
See here for more info:-

Also getting a couple of TEC's for the gfx card (do I need to explain what TEC's are?)

Are you being serious? gfx = graphics.whats teh gfx card
Also - TEC = Thermoelectric Cooler. It's a plate consisiting of two metals, a current is applied to one side which creates a temperature gradient. Simply put, one side of the TEC cools down to -20c, the other side has a waterblock mounted to it to remove the excess heat. Also know as a Peltier.

Thermoelectric cooling - this technology was around in the 50's. It's also the birthmother of electrostatic levitation. When reversing the polarity of a generator so that it consumes rather than produces electricity, the generator will freeze and begin to levitate!!! First found in 1947, strangely 2 years before Roswell :O
True or false? I'll let you decide.

Ok so amiga was going to leave, then his wife told him to buy a levitating PC, so he is coming back again?

Well, to be honest, the translation into upper class english doesn't really help understand what he was trying to say..Blitz_at_Buckingham_palace wrote: Oh your jovial Triviality! Your were simply leaving your not-quite-top-of-the-range old personal computer, in order to buy a computer fit for one with stature such as mine.
