== Nemetos Order ==
Nemetos Order is the name of our Age of Conan division. We are based on the EU English PvE server Ymir. Backed by over 20 members from the Community who have played alongside each other in other games since 2003. Nemetos Order is a Guild that understands the commitments and stresses of real life. Determined to make the Guild a place for passionate people to enjoy themselves and make the most of all aspects of the game. Our Guild City is based in Poitain Instance 3. Come say hello!

== Structure of the Guild ==
Combining our experience of running previous Guilds in other games and using the in-game tools. We have adopted the Guild Roles from the Hyborian Milita Government Type from inside of Age Of Conan. The Officers in the Guild form a High Council that is in charge of maintaining the Guild. A Guild House system is used for each member.

As you can see we have a lot of Veterans who have all played with us in other games and proved to be great gamers and people. We have a very solid player base from which we are building our Guild.

== High Council ==
The High Council is responsible for running the Guild. They are appointed by the Guild Master. Each member of the High Council is considered an Officer. They each have their own speciality for which they have sole ownership of. For example the Raid Leader has complete control over arranging Raids and running them. This simplifies the decision making process and makes the Council effective instead of slow and ineffective because of procedures. A High Councillor can veto the decision of another Councillor. In which case a vote would be held to decide whether or not the actions of another High Councillor are in the best interests of the Guild. This should happen rarely.

== Guild Houses ==
Guild Houses are a our new system for recruitment. Designed to split the task of recruiting the right people between 10 people and allow the Officers to get on with running the Guild. Guild Houses will give all new members of a sense of identity within the Guild instead of being one face amongst many in the Crowd. Each Guild House will have a leader that will be an experienced member of the Community. Their purpose is to recruit 9 others to their house, make them feel welcome, get them signed up to the Forums/Teamspeak/Xfire and ensure new recruits follow the Community Pledge and Code of Conduct. House Leaders will have the ability to Invite and Kick members. Guild Houses shouldn't be considered Guilds within Guilds. Everyone is freely able to group and interact with any member they want.

== Name Change ==

Should you want to change your Username you should create a new topic in the [http://www.terranovagaming.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=7 Help and Support] part of our forums with the new Username you wish to use. If you have any problems logging in to the forums or portal after changing your Username you should reply to your thread. You won't need to log in.

== Ranks ==

Each forum rank requires a specific amount of posts to achieve that rank. The Requirements are;

* Warrior = 1+ posts
* Point Commander = 25+ posts
* Star Commander = 100+ posts
* Star Captain = 500+ posts
* Star Colonel = 1000+ posts
* Galaxy Commander = ''Unknown'' posts
* Sakhan = ''Unknown'' posts
* Khan = ''Unknown'' posts

When you reach the milesstone for a higher rank you are automatically promoted. The names of the Ranks are taken from the Clan Ranking system in the Battletech Universe that [[Clan Diamond Wolf]] immersed itself in.

There are several custom ranks which people have that override these ranks. The custom ranks are given to people who have a particular role in the community and others who have had funny custom ranks added without their knowledge :)

== Signatures ==

One of the most popular features of any forums is the use of signatures, especially ones which give details about your character from your favourite game. These signature should be within reasonable size (no more then 120 px in height and 500 px in width seems like a good guideline).
