Class Leader and other Officers. Responsible for; maintaining organisation, communication with the guild, leading/organising raids, guild bank, recruitment, ninja-ing epics, updating our website, anything else we are told too!

Again like before this is purely for organizational reasons allowing Officers control of the guild while playing on their other characters.

The Best of the best!
This rank recognises those in the Guild who have proven themselves beyond what is ordinarily expected of our high standards for raids. Those people who have shown commitment, loyalty and skill to this new high level will be chosen by the Officers and only available to a limited number of our most exceptional members.

These members will have a new responsibility for their elevated presence in the Guild. When Class Leaders aren't not available for raids you will be in charge of organising your Class, a sort of Deputy Class Leader role.

In terms of rewards you will receive four things.
# The right to bid DKP on Legendary items
# The right to bid on extremely rare items such as the ZG mounts
# Get [[Raid_Enchants|Raid Enchants]] free from the [[Guild_Bank|Guild Bank]].
# Be rewarded with free rare recipes that drop in raids.

This rank is given to those who a part of the Nemetos Raid Team. Those who show dedication in advancing the Guild progress towards its goals. These people will be given priority for raid places over all ranks below.
Raiders are expected to fulfil the role of a raider to the full. See the [[Raid_Requirements|Raid Requirements]] section for details and class specific requirements.

Those who wish to play the game socially with friends within the community will be given this rank. The aim is to distinguish between those who wish to Raid occasionaly while not feel pressured into raiding every night.
To earn this rank you will also have to show considerable commitment to the guild by helping others with quests, being active on guild chat, the forums and other parts of the community as a whole.

This ranks fits simple into the rank that best suits those who are simply guild members. Either still trying to make their way into the Raid Team or those making their way towards being a recognised contributor to the community.

All new members will serve a weeks trial whether they are level 30 or level 60. For those members under level 60 for organizational needs and limitations of the Guild UI you'll remain on Trial until you hit 60. Unfortunately we were limited on ranks to distinguish long serving members who are under level 60. Please make sure you register on the forums.

This rank is obvious and purely there for organizational reasons to separate peoples alts from their main character.

We felt it was necessary to add a rank to the Roster which flagged up people within the Guild who are failing, be it for insulting other members, failing to take advice from their Class Leader or general poor performance in Raids.
When members find themselves on this list it will be their responsibility to get themselves promoted again. To do this they should contact their Class Leader and find out what they have done wrong and correct it. This will be the last chance for people to change before they are removed from the Guild. This opportunity will remove the pressure on Officer to kick people from the Guild because this has been the only option we had until now when people didn't cooperate.
