* '''Game to be played''' - Title of the game your new division intends to play. You cannot start another TNGC division if an existing division exists for the title you are playing.

* '''Teamspeak Comms Officer''' - Helping other users get the most from Teamspeak this person should have some experience of using the program. Channel Admin rights will be granted to make Administrating the channel easy.

All that is left to do is get the 9 other TNGC members interested in helping with your new project to sign up by replying to the thread containing your proposal. This is needed to keep the continuity and consistency of the community to a core of similar people/ players.
Once all 9 members have signed up and all other parts of the form completed. A meeting will be held in which all existing divisional leaders will briefly discuss this proposal and either approve or deny the request by majority in a vote. I will act as chair for the meeting but won't have a vote.
