Following an enjoyable beta Firejack, EvilElmo, Deadbolt, Amigafan and Tim decided to form a Clan for launch. Firejack formed '''VESPA (Vehicle Enforcement [for the] San Paro Area)''' with the help of Amiga and Tim on the evening of June 28th 2010. The Clan was originally formed as [the]Sleepin' Policement in beta by several TNGC members (Firejack, Crank, Ascardon?) on April 11th 2010. Following an enjoyable beta Firejack, EvilElmo, Deadbolt, Amigafan and Tim decided to form a Clan for launch.
