Introduction

Welcome and thank you for your interest in joining our community. A brief introduction to this community is needed before you apply.

Many of you will have come across our various gaming divisions in different games we play. Well this makes us happy you have become curious about what exactly we offer that is different from other Guilds/Outfits/Clans you have encountered which makes us stand our from the crowd and wanted to find out more.

Where to start? This Community is now progressing through its 5th year. We have a lot of very special people who put a lot of effort into making everyone's gaming experience a little more exciting then it would otherwise be.

The motto I (Firejack) chose for the community is "Who you play with is what makes a game fun". A very simple message with the aim to reinforce the fact any modern online game requires cooperation with many other people to succeed.

Now what is more fun then trying new games and challenges with people you have met in other games and enjoyed playing with? This is were the idea of a community comes in. Normally a Guild/Clan/Outfit only survives for so long as the game is popular. A community however survives for as long as there are members. With a very loyal core this community aims to bring continuity to your gaming experience.

Now before you apply I want you to remember this fact. You are applying to join a community and not a single Guild/Outfit/Clan. All members are required to help the community thrive and expand. As in the end this will make your gaming much more enjoyable

The Pledge

The TNGC is a non-commercial community gaming partnership and it is expected of you to accept this pledge before joining;

I understand people join the community to enjoy playing online games with friends and relax. I recognize I must never interfere or degrade the gaming experience of others through my actions. The community expects my behavior to be acceptable at all times and I will respect this. I will take responsibility within the community and help contribute by offering my time, skills, expertise, enthusiasm and motivation to further spread the enjoyment of others in the community.

The Application

Note: If you have have been invited personally by a high ranking member of the Community you do not need to fill in an application and should head straight for the guide for new recruits

Each division within the Community has special criteria for new recruits to meet before they join which are related to the needs of the game they are playing. Generally though the TNGC is looking for mature, honest gamers who want to play in an relaxed, fair and enjoyable and are willing to put the extra personal effort into achieve this.

All members are also required to follow the Community Code of Conduct

Application Form

Its easy to apply. We don't wish the process to be too complicated as there is gaming to be done :).

First off you need to create a new thread in the recruitment section of the forums titled;

Membership Request :: <TNGC Division name> :: Yourname

for example;

You can put whatever you want down on the Membership Request but at a minimum you should copy and paste this form to include the basics we need to be able to invite you. Be sure to express yourself! Making your application stand out from the others will give you a better chance of being recruited.

Divisional Requirements

Thanks for your interest in joining Terra Nova Company! We would like to know a little more about your playstyle in-game. Please answer the following questions in your application.

Terra Nova Company (Pirates of the Burning Sea)

What Class do you play as?

Freetrader, Privateer or Naval Officer.

What aspect of the game do you enjoy the most?

Please tell us what aspect of the game you enjoy the most, and why.

examples: Open sea PvP, Port defense/offense, Economy etc.

Terra Nova (World in Conflict)

In addition to the standard information required to join any division in the TNGC, we would like to know a few things about your playstyle.

What Role do you prefer to play as?

You don't have to pick one if you like multiple or all of them! Just give us a little motivation what roles you like, which ones you are good at and why you like them.

What sort of player are you?

Are you a die-hard player that is online nearly 24/7, or are you more of the casual gamer that logs on once in a while to have some fun. Just describe how you see yourself as a gamer.

Are you interested in playing clan versus clan battles?

A yes or no with a small motivation will do.

Nemetos Order

Thank you for your interest in joining Nemetos Order part of the Terra Nova Gaming Community. Due to our high level of standards needed from our raiders, we need to set minimum requirements for new applicants to join. This is to keep the raid at full strength. These requirements are:

Experience

• To have encountered every raid dungeon or encounter below TAQ or most of BWL.
• To fully know what your role in PvE raiding is, and to have talents spec-ed for PvE raiding (based on what each Class Leader wants).
• To be able to think fast when in tight situations e.g your a warrior dealing damage on a boss, main tank dies you instantly equip your shield and take over.

Activity

• To be able to raid at least 4 days a week between 19:00 until 23:00 (Game Time).
• To have all your gear enchanted with the best possible enchants.
• To come to raids with all the consumables your class needs to boost survivability and DPS.
