I've not received anything from them in my emails from our web hosts. I think we'll need to to contact them directly about our problems and ask for a fix, we were promised a pretty painless transition which appears not to have happened. If i need to do anything myself i'll be back on tuesday evening...

I had thought we would just transition it onto the 64 player BF3 server once the 32 slot one had expired, this is an even better solution though if it's up for a year, much appreciated (and one less thing to pay for)
