Hi my smaller brother played bf3 on my account and he got banned for insulting some guy( thats what he told me). Anyways i talked to him and i would like to get another chance for me/my brother.

Bans for bad language usually come only if someone's using really offensive, racist or homophobic language as we like the server chat to be reasonably clean and friendly, we usually give warnings first as well.

Anyone remember what the incident was about specifically? Seems as the person has bothered to come here to talk about the incident it may be best to remove the ban.

He told me that he did not use any racial stuff like that, that he was only insulting some guy for reason i don't know.

Again sorry for the incident, i probably wont let him play battlefield for a while now...
