Amendment LIV: The Barefoot Rule
Since you must be outside to call Shotgun, some people will just grab their shoes, run outside, and call Shotgun before putting their shoes on. This is not valid. You must have your shoes on (if you plan to wear any) before you may call Shotgun.
Amendment II: Re-entry
If you call Shotgun and then go back inside the building, you lose your Shotgun rights. While you are gone, someone else can call shotgun. If nobody does, you can call it when you go back.

I was riding to work yesterday when I observed a female driver cut right
in front of a pickup truck, causing him to have to drive on to the shoulder
to avoid hitting her. This evidently angered the driver enough that he hung
his arm out his window and "flipped" the woman off.

"Man, that guy is stupid," I thought to myself. I ALWAYS smile nicely and wave in a sheepish manner whenever a female does anything to me in traffic, and I drive 48 miles each way every day to work.

That's 96 miles each day.

Of these, 16 miles each way is bumper-to-bumper.

Most of the bumper-to-bumper is on an 8-lane highway.

There are 7 cars every 40 feet for 32 miles.

That works out to be 982 cars every mile, or 31,424 cars.

Even though the rest of the 32 miles is not bumper-to-bumper, I figure I pass at least another 4000 cars.

That brings the number to something like 36,000 cars that I pass every day.

Statistically, females drive half of these.
That's 18,000 women drivers!

In any given group of females, 1 in 28 has PMS.

That's 642.

According to Cosmopolitan, 70% describe their love life as dissatisfying or unrewarding.

That's 449.

According to the National Institute of Health, 22% of all females have seriously considered suicide or homicide.

That's 98.

And 34% describe men as their biggest problem.

That's 33.

According to the National Rifle Association, 5% of all females carry weapons, and this number is increasing.

That means that EVERY SINGLE DAY, I drive past at least one female that has a lousy love life, thinks men are her biggest problem, has seriously considered suicide or homicide, has PMS, and is armed.

Flip her off? ...... I think not.

i think this should be hle around june - july time, this gives us plenty of time to gater funds/take time from work, sort out what we need to bring, how we are gona get there and so on, its also in the british summer time so it might not rain all the time

i dont think it should be in the summer holidays cus that means i have to pay 50quid for a train upto blackpool from middlesbrough

or i have exams

February - March

February will be a BIG problem for me - new baby is due 8th Feb!

School holidays don't start until 20th July - so late June, early July would be best. Most peoples exams should be finished by the last week in Jue as well.

Plus, nothing is open in Blackpool in Februray!

im good with then as well. to be brutally honest id be there if it was planned for tomorrow, but then i live close enough for that luxury.

given the decent people in the community and the interest weve had it would be a really good event. especially if the non-uk people like killer, pepper, trico, fester etc show. might even convince fen drag himself over?

speaking of traffic statistics id have a say here.
in all of my *cough*wonderfull*cough* logic id say this.

the longer you are in the traffic the greater the chance of an accident right....
so.. i can therefor conclude that you have to cut down the time spent in traffic, meaning you will have to drive as fast as you possebly can.....
