Gallery Upload Rights

I've tried requesting for rights to upload images into the Gallery in my TNGC Access Request Panel, and it's been over a week and I still have no reply. The request isn't even in my pending requests

Can someone please give me rights to upload screenshots to the gallery?

After trying again it seems to have accepted my request, and is currently pending
