Another WAR guild joining the TNGC

Quick question - the WAR guild I've just joined sound quite interested in the TNGC (no doubt helped by the TS server ). Before I start having a more detailed discussion, would there be room for another WAR guild in the TNGC?

If there's no objections from you I'll obviously not do anything for a few weeks to make sure they're a nice bunch of people in the hope of stopping something like the IL fiasco from re-occuring.

I don't have a problem with that idea though of course, as you rightly say, probably worth letting the new guild settle into itself a bit and find its own identity before bringing them in. Are they a Destruction guild? A bit of variety is probably preferable to two guilds on the same side. Or are they on a different server from HA?

I'd be very happy to hear other folks opinions, whether you're directly involved or not. Feel free to take it to PM if you wish.

Also, worth noting that although "we" don't place any specific demends on member divisions other than living up to the code of conduct, joining the TNGC really does need to mean more than just getting some free slots on our TeamSpeak server (ie, participating in these forums, our Xfire clan, setting up a website on the terranovagaming domain if they want one - rather than somewhere else).

Cool Alli. They are in fact Order and on KA as well - well - I had a lvl 17 char there and wasn't about to dump that. Plus I still want to play alongside DB, Ala, FJ et al when I get the chance.

I'll post thier recruitment post as I think it shows thier mentality -fits right in with me. had a right laugh last night- finally - people that get y dry sense of humour without being offended every 5 mins!

"Ice cream and cake" yeah we got those on a regular basis but Hell Blaze is more than a 1950's satanic past time with iceing. We're a guild who have been around since Ultimae Online, Everquest, Planetside and that game that everyone was playing a while back, erm... it was erm... World of w/e or something. You guys know!

No, but we do raid hard atleast once every night and make sure to get as many as three groups out to different places to make sure we're doing our Guild's part for great city of Altdorf.

What makes you different from other guilds?
We make sure this game comes second to everything in our lives. We're not hardcore like a lolipop we're more softcore like a Sweedish porn cassette tape but we are serious like when you are taking out a mortgage.

The crazy fascination of becoming the "NUMBER 1 GUILD EVAH" never appeals to us because it doesn't matter where you end up, its about the journey of getting there.

We'll give it a few weeks but I'm actually in two minds now - I'm not sure what the TNGC has to offer them and I don't think TS will be a draw as the Ventrillo server was working fine last night.

Got my vote, these forums could use some crazy humour like that
The fact that the guild is on same server and same side could lead to some very interesting possibilities.
Might need to restrict access to their forums to adults only to allow for a more (or less ) mature freedom of expression.
That's the reason I didn't introduce my EQ2 guild to the TNGC, Enter the Goat is the name and no, its nothing to do with Bruce Lee films, more to do with the fact that the guy who set up the guild was Welsh if you grasp my meaning

I know you'd like me to join you in EQ2 Fenn but I really haven't got the time to devote to another MMO.

However, I would also like to offer you the same courtesy - if you fancy giving WAR a try, roll an order character on KA and we'll show you a whale of a time (I'm sure there are some goats in the Empire starting area - if not - would a rabbit suffice?).

I have nothing against another guild joining. The more the merrier I'd say. Just make sure they join because they want to join a gaming community (and help improve it), and not because they can get free forums and TS.
