When you log in this week you WILL be given the right to register - I strongly suggest you do this as the guest password will be regulary changed. See http://www.terranovagaming.com/wiki/index.php/Teamspeak for how to register.

As it's only 25 slots there will be a strict order of priority to use the server:-

1: TNGC members in a Global Agenda Conquest game
2: TNGC members in PvE/PvP (WoW arenas, Planetside, Global Agenda etc).
3: TNGC members not doing any of the above.
4: Anyone else.

If the server gets full we will have to kick people - from the bottom of the above list - you'll get a message to let you know why you got kicked - please try to understand. If you've donated to the TNGC you'll get priority.

I'll be selecting admins this week.

I can also up the no. of required users at anytime but you can't do that through the above link - feel free to donate to the TNGC (ask Theo) and if we get enough funds we'll arrange that.

Nice to see you taking fast action to get it solved again, we with scum are very slow in reacting on these kind of things.

What shall we do? the server you arranged is atm to 25 slots. We (some within Scum) can donate some money to pay for the teamspeakserver and get more slots (talking about another 25 slot)? Or shall we get our own ts server?

We have been using the ts server with you guys for quite some time now and was really appreciated, but we didnt contribute much to nothing to it. Personally I like the link we have between Nemetos Order and Scum on Kor'gall, though it's a small one.

I would like to arrange something, but up to you. We can also go our seperate way. Np either way.

You're free to use the server - as far as I'm aware Scum are part of the TNGC - the TS isn't just for WoW use only - it's for every game we play.

Please ask anyone who isn't already registered on the forums to do so and pm me and they'll get the password.

I'm more than happy to recve any donations for adding more slots.

For the record, £11 will get us another 10 slots (35 total) for the next six months, £14 for +15 slots, £25 for +25 slots so on and so forth.

Theo is our treasurer - donations should be made to him.

Ah cool! great you arranged this amiga! we used a private TS server setup by aczeren for last raid, it worked, bit laggy sometimes but still it worked like a charm! ofcourse this is a better sollution! lets see what we can do with the funds or solve this for ourself? if thats the case i`ll pass around some bucks

If scum wants to use the TS as well we might have to consider getting more slots. they are quite a bit bigger then nemetos and raid 25 mans .

Some are talking about getting our own server, with scum we will need atleast 30 slots, kinda getting big. Will get back to you on this later when I know for sure they are arranging their own TS.

ok, i know i've been a little inactive of late due to apathy but i hope to get on that...

i think getting this renewed is well worth the effort and am happy to pay towards this, also the website sub will run out by the end of the year and our initial round of funding has all been spent now, i sense the need for a fresh fund raiser at this point if we want services like to be kept up.

It's just under £7 a month for 25 slots but we can pay a month at a time.

Have we got an alternatives in terms of a new host? I know we are running Teamspeak 3 beta but I can't say I'm impressed with the downtime and frequent connection problems.

Also I think it may be worth limiting our next Teamspeak server too 3 months. Brink will be out later this year and I think it'll be cool to setup a server for that. We could probably host Teamspeak on the side.

Since you've mentioned it Theo we could probably known down a package at our website hosts. Bandwidth usage has continued to decline steadily. Down to around 4GB/month of our 50GB allowance. Not great
