Agree with Evera, and do not blame Xierd for not being loyal, I dont know any better person then Xierd, really, nicest guy ever... And tbh I would do the same thing if I were him. I rather raid with friends then anyone else in the entire game. (raiding with friends and a great guild is a great bonus though )
He already told you guys in TJPF the reson, so there is no reson ta say things like that.
Another thing, Furb did you just complaining about him getting epix then leave? Dont you EARN epic items in your guild? By some sort of dkp perhaps? I know you do. You sound like he stole epic items then left...

i heared several things from people and had chats with person which lead to this conclusion, im sure u wil find a good guild where u can be full active , GL finding one

And I'm sure if his activity is consistently higher his rank would go up too right
