- where does it explain what those line stats actually mean, and whats good, and whats bad.

Still need more seeds. With my connection problems in the evenings we need some extra cover between 4pm and midnight to stop the network slowing to a crawl. Even if you only seed at 10KB/sec it should be enough to keep things moving. You can setup everything to run automatically. See the
Tips section of the wiki article.
