raid places are dealt with by ranks, higher ranks get automatic preference for raid slots, and rank is based on how long you've been with us, how good your gear is and what the officers think of your play style/attitude

all drops are assigned by dkp bidding with a few rules to make sure people generally have to earn their lower ranked tier 1 gear before moving onto tier 2, making sure people don't hoard dkp to jump a tier

I will happily prove myself in instance runs before you take me raiding

interesting app, maybe dark is right. i can tell you that we have 2 or 3 people on queue for the next warrior place however, so if thats a significant factor in where you end up you may want to consider it a bit more.

all the same, nice app. i prefer finding stuff out about the actual person than how l33t they are, and the fact that you dropped out of the game for uni work clearly means you have more common sense than me or crank, hehe

and the fact that after a discussion with GM, I'm going to hang around the guild I'm in and try to help out as they go through some changes.
