16 year old guy from The Netherlands.

In-game:
Norkov, lvl 60 Human warrior: Fury Specced
I can raid everyday till 23:00.
I got ZG/MC/AV Epics and ZG/AQ Blue's.
I can Off-Tank but i a mainly DPS.

I'd like to join the guild for having fun, meeting some more people, and getting 'teh ph4t l3wt'.
I dont need any tanking gear.

our warrior ranks are currently full, and we dont use dps warriors anyway. ive found dps warriors restrict the versatility of the class, if we want dps we take rogues. thanks for applying though, good luck finding a guild.

lol crasp i was sure some 1 with ur exprince will know better
there is no need for more then 3 prot war

and a warrior can do as much or even more dmg as a rogue
1 more thing

rogues are usless on bosses like sutra and neffi so yes u need dmg warriors

thats just the thing. all of our warriors are specced 31/5/15 or something to that end. i myself am specced 5/31/15, on account of my new weaponspeed. we all know how to tank, are competent at it, and when needs be can do sufficient damage. ive never run into the situation where i thought "damn, i wish we had a dps warrior".

thats what i mean by versatility. a dps warrior is just another raidmember that cant fullfil more than 1 role, same as a prot warrior. we prefer hybrids.

He means a Hybrid talent build. 31/5/15 for example instead of something like full protection.

people have always said "oh you dont need any points in protection to tank". thats true, you dont. but the majority of your damage mitigation comes from armor count, so toughness is a great talent to take, as is defiance for extra threat and anticipation for a bit of extra crit reduction. last stand ive found to be incredibly useful too. tanking is all about margins, and the survivability increase from those 15 points in protection greatly outweighs any damage bonus you could get from 15 points extra in arms/fury.

we had a fury warrior, with great equip compared to our rogues at the time. yes, he did great dps. but our system has got us a long way in a short period of time, im loath to change just because other guilds say its useful.

hmmm taht why u take max 3-4 rogues on neffi............

You seem to have very different ideas about Class balance then us. Rogues can really do a lot of DPS without drawing aggro, unlike a Fury warrior. They also can dodge a lot of attack meaning they require less healing.
So long as you a couple of Rogues who can clearly and calmly tell you as MT which way to step when they are rooted its not a problem.
Rogue DPS is very good for Nefarian as its at a constantly high level and this makes the fight shorter and a lot easier for the MT. The Nefarian tanking role is quite technical dealing with all the class calls and reducing the fight reduces the number of class calls, obviously
