Raid Requirements

In order to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience in raids. Rules must be set to maintain a high level of organisation, communication and discipline. Boring yes, but its better then wiping!


General Requirements

  1. Teamspeak
  2. GEM - be sure to sign early to avoid being left behind!
  3. CT Raid Assist
  4. Attendance in 4 out of 5 of the Guilds raids per week.
  5. Onyxia Scale Cloak
  6. Attuned to;
  • Moltan Core
  • Onyxia's Lair
  • Blackwing Lair
  • Naxxramas
  1. WoWroster profile updated weekly
  2. Consumables: Bandages, Health/ mana pots. NR and FR pots etc.
  3. Active on Guild Chat
  4. Bring Gold for repairs
  5. Raiding Gear Enchanted


Warriors

Gear (minimum values): Tanking:

  • 6000 HP
  • 400 defence
  • 8000 AC

Fire Resist:

  • 5000 HP
  • 350 Defence
  • 7500 AC
  • 240 FR

Nature Resist:

  • 5000 HP
  • 350 Defence
  • 7500 AC
  • 200 NR

Other:

  • DPS Weapon(s)

General:

  • Has CTbossmods installed
  • X/X/15 talent build
  • Active on tank chat.

Tactics:

  • Understands all tactics.
  • Knows how to tank/dps
  • Can improvise (is prepared, in tank gear, to step in and help avoid wipe if MT or OT dies)


Rogue

  • 100% PvE build
  • top of dmg required for this rank, low dmg rogue cannot get this rank
  • bring potions and elixirs
  • bring in info and help other rogues with stuff like talents and abilities
  • high NR/FR


Paladin

  • 100% PVE spec (holy/protection)
  • FR/NR gear
  • Cleanse and buff correctly
  • Plate only
  • Dedicated healer/cleanser
  • Good +healing gear
  • brings correct pots.


Priests

  • 100% pve build
  • excellent +healing
  • attends raids with dark runes, tubers, mana pots, and enough buffing reagents to last an entire raid.
  • has experience of the newer encounters, researches appropriately and helps his classmates improve.
  • good resistance gear. (150+ FR/NR)
  • Buffs groups


Druids

  • decursive used
  • 31 resto points (as above)
  • good to excellent healing gear
  • constantly looking to improve, good understanding of requirements in raids.
  • brings all required pots etc to raids


Mage

  • 100% PVE talentbuild
  • Buffs his groups
  • Has good NR/FR gear (more then minimal)
  • Detect magic/sheeps when needed
  • Always have enough potions with them
  • Does as much damage as his gear lets him
  • brings oils/pots to raids.


Warlock

  • 100% pve build (not demonology)
  • very good damage gear
  • good NR/FR (150+)
  • extensive knowledge of completed encounters, and future ones.
  • attends raids with bandages/damage pots.


Hunter

  • 100% PVE talentbuild
  • Has decent NR/FR gear
  • Can Pull and Kite flawlessly
  • Can manage aggro
  • brings personal elixirs and health pots/bandages.
  • Addons : Sorren's Hunter timers
