For example if you click the Community link at the bottom of the page you will be taken to the Category containing all pages related to general information within the Community. Should you still not find what you are looking for try searching by entering a query in the Search box on the left of the page.
The Wiki and Contributing to it
The aim of this section is to help organize all the information posted within the Wiki so it is consistently of a high quality and useful to readers. Within the Wiki you may want to work with others on large articles or sections that require collaboration between people in order to gather and post all the correct information. Other subjects you may wish to discuss in this section include the general appearance of the Wiki in terms of layout, design and navigation. You may want to use our Forums for discussion. Please remember to post the final article here and not on the forums. The forums were never meant to be used as a knowledge base, the Wiki is.
A Wiki is a powerful tool. It differs from a webpage by focusing on gathering an encyclopaedic - mainly gaming in our case - collection of information. And instead of relying on an individual or small team to maintain that webpage anyone can contribute making the content much more useful. When posting in the Wiki try not to duplicate information that is already on the Community Website or elsewhere. Don't want the Wiki becoming bloated with content that is better maintain elsewhere in another format. Focus the Wiki on being full of Guides, records of events and solutions to common problems like those encountered on our Game Servers when gaming.
Get involved! This is a Community based project and can only be successful with a number of people who contribute to make it a worthwhile resource. We want your gaming know-how, tips and tricks posted here. Any one is allowed to add to the Wiki. Feel free to edit others work too. Remember to be considerate and ask other before making large changes. Consider adding to their article instead of replacing it. Don't feel you need to ask for permission to update an article or fix a few typo's as the original author will be more then happy that you do that. Mistakes occasional happen on a Wiki but don't work about accidentally deleting something as everything is easy to revert to its previous state. Likewise is changes someone makes you don't like you can revert the article back to its earlier design.
Time to start adding to the Wiki. Get yourself registered first by clicking the Log in / create account link at the topic right corner of this page. This allows you to keep track of changes made to your articles and watch other topics you may have an interest in helping with. Next thing to do is learn a little about how a Wiki formatting works. First stop I suggest is the Help Section of the MediaWiki (software powering this Wiki) website to learn about basic formatting. Then head over to the Test Lab to test some formatting. Don't be afraid to play around as that is the place to do it.
